Only submit this application if you are ready to place a deposit. I've been receiving too many applications without placing a deposit, please be considerate. 

You will NOT be added to the Waiting List(s) without a deposit. 

You will be added to the Waiting List(s) in ORDER of the DEPOSITS not puppy applications.

I will contact those in order of the Puppy Applications, but the order of deposits determines your place.

DO NOT place a deposit until after I contact you. Deposits placed before WILL NOT count and have the possibility to NOT be refunded.
