Read through the Master List Agreement for all details. This document will be signed when you submit your Master List deposit.
Complete the application (click next at the end of these pages until you reach it). If approved, you will receive an email with the deposit contract and deposit (PayPal & Venmo). This is the date you will be added to the list(s), when both are completed.
Detailed explanation for how our Master List works:
-total of 3 Master Lists. 1) F1 Standard Newfypoos 2) F1b Standard Newfypoos 3) Mini Newfypoos
-you'll choose which list(s) to join when you submit your deposit. One deposit of $300 will allow you to be on any or all lists. One deposit is valid for only one puppy. If you want two puppies, two deposits must be submitted.
-price of puppies ($2500-3000) locks for 2 years when deposit is submitted
-one deposit of $300 is valid for 3 years. After 3 years, a new deposit of $300 is required to remain in your position on the list. Otherwise you will be removed, but can join the bottom of the list at any time.
When dog is confirmed pregnant:
-around 30 days, will contact each person on the select Master List with an email. 24 hours to reply and join the Litter List. Those who selected to join the Litter List will be added in the same order as the Master List. A certain number (depending on est. litter size) will be open for reservations. After 24 hours have passed, if there are still open spots on the Litter List, it will be open to the public pending application approval.
When puppies are born:
-during the first week of life, those on the Litter List will be contacted and can choose from the following: choose to go back to the Master List if puppies born are not what they wanted OR can choose a male/female to reserve and will have that pick (ex. pick 2 of 4 females) and will submit a $300 non-refundable deposit. Families will have 24 hours to reply with what they choose, otherwise they will go back to the Master List and if spots are open, the public will have an option to apply.
At 6 weeks old:
Selection will begin in order of the Litter List for males/females. Schedule will be sent out during week 5 and families will choose 30 minute options either in person or FaceTime. This will take 1-2 days depending on how many puppies. If family is not reachable during their time, they will forfeit their deposit and be moved back to the Master List. IF this happens 2 times, the client will be removed from the Master List altogether.
At 8 weeks:
Puppies must be picked up at 8 weeks. If you are unable to pickup before 9 weeks, I suggest you wait until a litter when you are able to.
Shipping & Delivery Options
Although we always prefer meeting our future puppy families, it's not always possible. We have a few options available.
Pickup-pick your puppy up at 8 weeks. Meet the parents (we do not always own the stud, may not be able to see). You will also be able to see the littermates (if not picked up already).
Meet-we will meet within a reasonable distance depending on location. If we have multiple puppies going the same direction we will drive further. Additional cost $75-150
Meet at Cleveland or Canton/Akron airport-available for Mini Newfypoos and possibly Standard Newfypoos depending on size. At no additional cost we will meet you at the airport with your puppy. You can then travel back with your puppy in cabin.
Flight Nanny-available for Mini Newfypoos and possibly Standard Newfypoos depending on size. We have a few flight nannies we work with. Additional cost $300-600
Ground Transport-we have a local company we've worked with that have taken some of our puppies long distances. Only available for puppies that are too large for nanny. Most deliveries are within 24-48 hours. Additional cost $300-500
Airline-LEAST preferred method. ONLY for Standard Newfypoos. Standard Newfypoo puppies have to go in cargo because of their size. This is weather dependent (can't be too hot or too cold). Although we've had 100% success, we don't like placing our puppies in this situation. This is our last resort if no other options are available. Additional cost $250-600
Prior Pickup/Delivery/Shipping/Transport Requirements
-Puppies are picked up the day they are 8 weeks old (excluding Sunday, puppies will be picked up at 8 weeks 1 day on Monday). We will keep your puppy a few days extra at no cost. If longer, we will discuss individually.
-We schedule appointments on Facebook on the hour (example 10 am, 1 pm). Scheduling begins when the puppies are 6 weeks old. Please arrive on time to the best of your ability. We will give you our address when necessary (we do not allow just anyone to come for the health and safety of our puppies and us). Please look at our address ahead of time to see where you'll be going.
-During your time here, we will complete the paperwork and payment.
--Paperwork-signing the health guarantee and making sure everything is correct. Verifying the microchip.
--Payment-CASH, PAYPAL OR VENMO ONLY, NO personal checks. Cash is the easiest, no added fees. I have the option for PayPal on the website. There is an added fee of 3%. Both options are able to receive an invoice.
-Your puppy will come with-AKC registration & litter record (not applicable to Newfypoos), shot/health record, 6 week vet check paper, microchip information, new puppy info, blanket with mom and littermates scent, transition bag of puppy food, collar, leash, and more.
Meet at the Airport & Meet by driving:
-minor changes to the method above. Balance Payment can be completed when handing your puppy over or before then by cash Venmo or PayPal-available on website. All goodies will be sent. Schedule a time as if you were picking your puppy up, of course its probable to change we will work with it.

If we are shipping your puppy this must be done prior-
-via Airline Cargo:
--Balance Payment must be complete three (3) days before shipping through PayPal-available on website. You will add the shipping fee to the total and we will pay for the crate and ticket. Puppy Guarantee will be signed at that time also. Food will be sent with the puppy on the crate (airline requirement). All other items will be sent through the mail the day the puppy leaves (give it a few days to arrive). We do not risk losing these by shipping them with the puppy.
-via Ground Transport:
--Balance Payment must be complete three (3) days before shipping through PayPal-available on website. You can add the transport fee to the total and we can pay the shipper, or you can pay directly to the shipper (they usually require a deposit at time of booking). Puppy Guarantee will be signed at the time of balance payment also. Food will be sent with the puppy (used during transport, usually there's extra by the time he/she arrives). Other items will be sent with the transporter as well. Make sure you get them when they arrive.
-via Flight Nanny:
--Balance Payment must be complete three (3) days before shipping through PayPal-available on website. Flight Nanny fee will be added to your balance or you will be able to pay directly to them (depending on the individual/company). Puppy Guarantee will be signed at that time also. All items will be sent with the Flight Nanny.
Health Guarantee/Purchase Agreement
Read over the health warranty/purchase agreement/spay neuter contract. You will agree with all the requirements when you submit your application. This document will be signed by the breeder and buyer at time of puppy transfer.
Submit your application by clicking the application below. After you complete it, within 24-48 hours you'll receive an APPROVE or DENY email. This will come from Jotform as the sender, so watch for that. When you receive the APPROVE email, it'll have the link for the Master List Deposit Contract to complete and deposit $300 PayPal or Venmo. After that, you'll be added to the Master List(s) and accepted into the Facebook group where there are updates posted with litters. Watch for an email when the litter is confirmed pregnant with the generation you're looking for. You'll have 24 hours to reply and be added to the litter list if you choose.
If you are directly joining a Litter List, you'll submit the application the same way and also be sent an email with deposit information. The deposit is non-refundable but you will be able to join the Master List(s) with your deposit date.
